It's too late for this season. The change should've happened right after last season was over with a Norton firing and searching for something... ANYTHING.

And now with all the diversity hiring bullshit Norton is probably here for the next 5 years. Wilson and Adams will probably want out lol.

That was the worst game I've seen the Hawks play in a long long time. Not just defense this time, the offense stunk too.
