Yeah what a bunch of BS. Gotta free NBA league pass preview from the 20th to the 26th. Only one game on today. I'm getting robbed!

You got 14 games yesterday, get 12 tmr, and 11 more on Friday.

Be happy....very rare you get 11+ games 3x in a week

That 'Players Only' BS they had was annoying as hell. They wouldn't talk about anything that was happening on court.
Shit was like the job core equivalent for potential broadcasters.

At least make them take a speech class, Ffs.

Honestly depends on their role. Would you agree that Love and Green are most likely 3rd options on a championship caliber team? I don't see a real scenario in which Love is a #2 option for a championship worthy team and same applies to Green.

In that scenario, it's more likely the #1 and #2 which determine who is the more useful player. Playing next to Steph and Klay, Draymond is much better as a #3 option for a wide variety of reasons. However lets say in a situation like the Clippers, Kevin Love would be a much more useful player next to Kawhi and PG than Draymond.

To your first question, maybe, and I say maybe as Love was the second option on a Finals' team. Didn't stand much of a chance to win, but I am in agreement that GS team should be considered among best ever. This is 2 years removed so not as sold he could still be a 2 on a title team. I don't believe Green could ever have been a 2 on a Finals' team.

Your GS team is one of the few contending teams I can think of that would be better off with top level Green over top level Love.

Oh...

Wow... they really nickel and dime folks.

We bundle our cable, internet, phone and alarm for $220.

We get quite a few extras.

HBO, Stars, Hulu, Prime, Disney Plus, Espn plus.

NFL and NBA TV are included.

But, we had to sign a 3 year contract.

Still worth it.
We bundle the same but no alarm. No Disney, Hulu, Prime but have most other premium and sports channels. Think $170 or so with no contract. Guaranteed a year when they'll raise it, I'll threaten to leave and they will give it to us again.

I do have to say many (including me sometimes) complain about cable costs, but when I think what I paid in college in the early 90s (with no internet) it isn't so terrible. I can recall with long distance charges some phone bills being $80 or so and cable in the $60-70 range with far fewer channels.

Eh....

I'd rather have Draymond.

We are really playing with fire having Kawhi and Lou as our primary playmakers.

Beverley, Mcgruder are not playmakers.

Dray could help with that more than Love.

Plus, ya know.....defense.
Don't watch your team as much as you, obviously, but would think a 4 who is a stud rebounder and could space the floor would be helpful....already get elite D from PG, Beverly and Kawhi.

Yeah, I was thinking of more floor spacing. You already have elite perimeter defenders so I thought Love would be a nice option to open up more driving lanes for Kawhi, PG and Lou.
should have read this as it would have saved my from replying.

Probably took awhile to hit mainstream outlets because they wanted to authenticate the videos.

Still being referred to as alleged by some, others say it's him.

It's everywhere now. ESPN, Yahoo, NBC....

Teammates, fans share support for Delonte West after alleged disturbing videos surface
Man, that's terrible. Painful to watch. I've only seen the video. I'm assuming he's all fucked up on drugs or alcohol?

Most teams played yesterday. NBA trying to limit B2B these days. The 2 teams playing today did not play yesterday
I'm aware...most played yesterday AND wednesday as mentioned. Just not sure why they didn't space them out a little more to have at least a few tonight.

He would help Trezl more than anyone.

But, Love, Lou, Trezl defensive lineup?

YIKES....LOL

He would help on offense, no doubt about it.

But, we can score.

Giving up 80 in a half would be the norm, not the exception, with Love.

Neither he nor Trezl can check Centers and Zubac is a foul per second.

That's why I lean Dray. But, I'd take either.
we had Love and Kyrie and I don't recall many 80 point halves. And while Lebron could play some D, we didn't have 3 elite guys in Beverly, Kawhi and PG on D.

Ton of games today and Wednesday. Not sure the reasoning to have so many those days and only 1 tonight.

Yep. Looking forward to tomorrow's action. My guess is there's only one game on today because many teams played yesterday on MLK Day.

Yeah, Draymond was also the 2nd best player in that 2016 season for much of the 1st and 2nd rounds of the playoffs. Steph only played in 1.5 games against Houston and 2 games against the Blazers (both 5 game series). That year he averaged 13.2/9.6/6.6 against Houston and 22.2/11.7/7.4 against the Blazers. Honestly I had no idea he did that well against the Blazers until I just looked it up. Then in game 7 of NBA finals, where Steph and Klay were both off and the Warriors only scored 89 points, Draymond scored 32 of them. He kept them in that game.

Granted we are nearly 4 years removed from that, so I can see where a lot of your sentiments regarding him stem from. I just believe there are a lot more scenarios in which Green is a very viable #3 option over Love than perhaps you might think.

....and all 3 has missed multiple games, George is still out.

I was being facetious about the 80 pts.

Point still stands that Love would make us worse defensively as opposed to Draymond.

Lou and Trezl are dreadful. Love isn't exactly in the running for DPOY either.

We don't need another scorer. We need a playmaker, defender or rim protector.

Shit, forget Draymond. Tristan would be the better get for the Clippers over Love.

It isn't about whose the better player.

Fit matters.

They've been trying for years.

Can't make a guy want to get better.

Former teammate Jameer Nelson is one of many people who have witnessed West’s post-career distress and offered help. The National Basketball Players Association has maintained close contact with West and made itself available as a resource. His college coach at Saint Joseph, Phil Martelli, and West’s former player agent, Noah Croom, have been in communication with each other — and West — about providing him support. The same can be said for the Celtics and Mavericks. Both Boston GM Danny Ainge and Dallas owner Mark Cuban have been in direct contact at various points, according to those close to West

From West’s former teammates and coaches to team officials, all have run into the same issue over and over with him. A trip for him to seek help is scheduled and booked, West agrees upon it, and then he cancels. “He has to want to be helped,” said one person directly involved in setting him up with assistance. One of his former teams, according to a person, tried “too many times to count.”

This is kinda lame....imo.

I know people were trying to get Vince to do it. But, he wisely declined.

Dude is too old for this.

Plus, didn't he say this?

Guess he changed his mind.

What I'm confused about is everyone is saying this is his diagnosis of bipolar but I keep seeing these pictures of him fucked up on booze. That's more than bipolar.

Where was he getting beaten up? LA?

None of my comments were ever meant to say Green was not a good player....also believe he would have been the MVP had GS pulled out Game 7.

However, I'm not sure putting up 2nd best numbers makes him the 2nd best player. We can see without these elite players he can't do much of anything.

Just not sure he is the guy he showed us that year on another team and we are seeing that this season. sure, a couple years older, but still only 29, right?

what makes Love the better player to me is he can be a team's #1 and still put up numbers even as a guy other teams try to stop. Is that what we want as fans of that team? Heck no, but IMO opinion it matter when comparing 2 players.

That's just it.

The Clippers are elite defenders on paper.

It rarely translates to games until the 4th quarter, if at all.

So, his value would only be on one end of the floor.

Love would be a 4th option offensively on the Clippers.

* Kawhi, Lou, George in that order *

At his price tag, pass.

I'd rather have Thompson.

Now the Blazers?

Love over Dray and Thompson.

Ditto for Dallas if you move he or Zingers to the 5.

Where was he getting beaten up? LA?

He's in Washington, D.C..

I personally think he has to have a dual diagnosis.

Bipolar being exasperated by booze and drugs.

He's spiraling and self medicating...
