It didn't work that time but even if they kicked the field goal it wouldn't have played out exactly like it did. But even if they went for the field goal And made it (which is a good possibility but not a sure thing), then they would have still run into a 4 down that they would need to convert at the end, which they didn't do.

They made the right call IMO.

Doug Pederson has a Super Bowl ring because he's willing to take chances to win the game. Only idiots would go with the let's kick 3 FGs in 7 minutes strategy.

The point was PITCHING, not handing off. I wouldn't pitch a ball to a guy on the run that's the 4th stringer in that situation.

What do you do though? he's the guy out there. And any NFL rb should be able to handle a toss.

Woods, Britt, Brown (huge offensive line issues), Carson, Penny (2nd RB but was starting to get equal carries), Prosise, Kendricks, Clowney was highly questionable. That was coming INTO the game. If injuries had been EQUAL the game would be much different.

Okay so the eagles didn't have Jeffrey, Algholor, DJax, Brooks, Johnson, Howard. Ertz was playing with broken ribs and we lost our QB Midway through the game.
