Another prospect that may or may not end up a Laker. And yea, TJF12, I have seen those rumblings. If they move Ball, I see IT returning in that capacity.

I know I'm the only person here who thinks this...

But, I think George is going to stay with the Thunder.

I also think Kawhi is going to work it out in San Antonio.

That leaves LeBron who won't come alone.

Someone said this a week or so ago.

But, I think you might end up with Derozan.

That's not a bad deal.

I'd gladly pay the extra 10 mil per to upgrade KCP with Derozan.

Now the question is, would Derozan be enough to tempt LeBron?

If you are able to hold onto Ingram and Kuz, probably.

I'll be surprised, but only mildly so, if PG stays in OKC. I just didn't see anything from Westbrook that would entice him to stay. I don't think he's looking for 45-48 win seasons and first round exits.

Having said that, he's also said he likes OKC. If he does and feels things can be worked out with Westbrook...he may very well stay. Which is why I'll only be mildly surprised if he does stay.

I agree that Kawhi and the Spurs will work things out. LA seemed to be on his way out when he and Pop got together and worked things out.

DeRozan would definitely be an upgrade over KCP.

I don't know if he'd be enough to entice Lebron...but it would definitely give him a better roster around him than what the Cavs have or are likely to get.

I really like Randle and hope you guys can find some middle ground to keep him.

I think Keeping Randle, trading for Demar is enough to put you in the playoffs next year.

Don't think DeRozan fits that well with LeBron.

You need a time least 1 knock down shooter in the back court. Lowry and DeRozan aren't it. I don't think that core would have a realistic chance to compete with a healthy GS or Houston team.

Sorry.

What the Lakers should do is trade Randle to Boston for Aron Baynes.

If they move Ball for reasons of just wanting out of the LaVar Ball Dog and Pony show and LeBron stays in Cleveland, than DeRozan makes perfect sense.

I agree.

He's not Paul George.

But, he's a hometown kid that can get buckets on a longtermn deal.

If I'm the Lakers, I'd also target Kemba.

Pair him up with IT coming off the bench and you have a decent and potent backcourt.

After DeRozan, they should sign Randle to an extension and then wait for 2019.

Don't forget tiny!

I like Kemba and Lonzo. Think that could work really well. Not sure about IT though. He wants a bigger role and I am thinking someone will give that opportunity to him. He was too good with Boston last year to be thrust into the 6 man role now.

Although I do agree it is where he will end up eventually. Just don't think quite yet. He is a great instant offense guy.

So far, so good. His stats are very similar to George's rookie stats across the board:

Paul George Stats | Basketball-Reference.com

Josh Hart Stats | Basketball-Reference.com

LOL.

If you think Hart is going to be anything remotely close to PG you're on some really potent drugs.

The reason for the close numbers? Is probably because PG was very raw when he entered the League with just 2 college seasons under his belt.

Hart? 4 years at 'Nova, a really good program.

I wouldn't automatically assume Hart could develop into another PG based off that.

#Foolsgold

And I really like what Hart did as a rookie.
