Which Kevin Costner movie is any good?
I thought he was dreamy in The Bodyguard.

That was Kurt Russell in Tombstone. Costner did "Wyatt Earp" which was no where near as good
Field of Dreams was good.

You're probably thinking of the Back to the Future Telltale game.
Mayfield's going to be good IMO but not #1 overall in the draft good.

Bull Durham
The Untouchables
^ Those are good films
Tin-Cup is watchable
But I know what you mean.
I think he's a twat. I'm not a Browns fan, but I'll be slightly less disappointed if they draft him than I was when they drafted Johnny Manzeil. Then again, I pretty much feel the same way about Sam Darnold.
sounds like they are hoping to get the fins to over pay for the 1 spot to me.....I'm enjoying the browns blowing smoke up everyone's ass about what they will do at #1.
At the end of the day, none of the top QBs seem to be a lock as far as guaranteed success in the NFL goes. They could take any...or none, at #1. It's gotta be driving everyone nuts trying to figure out what they're up to.

Yeah, I don't like him either. I don't think his completion percentage projects very well to the NFL, as he was largely throwing to wide open receivers in the spread. Factor in that he's on the short side and recently had immaturity issues and I'd let someone else have that headache.
I'm pretty sure he blew everyone away in the interviews. His ability to diagnose a defense and call the appropriate play was apparently very good. His arm strength is as good or better than the other top 4 guys, his coaches and teammates loved him, and he doesn't really have any off the field issues.
I stand by my previous statement. If he were 6'3" instead of 6'0" (or 5'11"), he would be the runaway #1 overall choice.
He's not though, and he's still a spread QB. There are plenty of them in the NFL (mostly backups though).
I'd be very surprised if the Browns delt away #1 overall considering their needs. I could see them trading out of #4 though...and if they do that, I'll throw a fit.
If Barkley is gone I can see them trading out of the #4 to a team that needs a QB and is willing to pay through the nose for it.
