Welp, Reed 2018 Master's Champion! I am not a fan of his but hats off to him... Spieth cost himself a lot of money with that missed putt on 18.... Granted it's still a very decent payday.

I had a feeling that Reed would come through and Rory would collapse as he usually does. I was impressed with Fowler and Speith as well. The Masters never fails to deliver.

Not really. There's a few holes on this course where you can have a 2 stroke swing.

You turned out to be right. I was shocked that Spieth was able to momentarily tie for the lead from 9 behind. He choked at the end but did well until then. Fowler hung tough as well. But I was surprised at how many guys had a shot still with just a few holes left. I thought it would be just Reed and McIlroy. I did not expect McIlroy to collapse so badly.

Rarely do you see a pro make two such huge errors on one hole though. As far as the other three Majors nothing ever comes close to the Masters. It is special even among the Majors.
He did play very well on Sunday but that's easy to do when you know you are out of it and just free-wheel it. I don't believe for a second though that he did not know he was tied for the lead after the 16th hole as he claims. His entire style of play changed at that point.
