On the other hand:

1) Cowboys have had major losses on their OL which could greatly effect how good the OL is

2) Lost their best receiving weapons in Dez and Witten,

3) Dak look very bad last year, Seems like a no brainer to load up to stop Zeke and force the Cowboys to beat them through the air.

Well,

Hurns is better than Dez was last year. Dez was terrible. Like literally the least efficient WR in the league.

I also have the 3rd pick, am thinking RB, RB, then WR, but our league awards 6 points for passing td's. Would pick #27 be tooo early for a top tier QB?

Unless you start two QB, yes, too early, imo.

wentz was barely drafted in most leagues last year - and was one of the top QBs until after the rams game where he got knee messed up (still threw a TD pass after the injury, insane)

27 way too early for QB, 6pt TDs are good for all of them, not just the top few options

The biggest case for Zeke is how many at bats each one will get. I'm extremely wary of the Arizona offense this year for several reasons:

#1: Extremely fragile QB
#2: Backup QB is either a rookie or a very, very bad veteran
#3: Very bad offensive line

I think Zeke is the far safer option, though DJ could have the higher ceiling if everything goes right.
Dak is worse than Bradford and Rosen. In a few months we'll all be aware of this.

Most recently I won my big league (6pt passing tds) with Blake Bortles. I also won it three years ago after drafting Luck in the first like a schmuck. Blake Bortles again.:D

2 functioning brain cells say otherwise, let alone stats.

Hell 16 games played says he's infinitely better based on availability alone

Ok, you draft a QB early just because it's 6 pt passing TDs then.:noidea:

I've told the long winded stories of those seasons here before. But here I gave you the most relevant part to this discussion.
