Def got me with the title.

Looking at that house hmmmmm from the outside it looks very average and the inside is nice but 2.1 million nice? His master bedroom looks like a teenager lives there lol nice ceiling fan

Yea, outside looks like a typical house. Master bedroom is usually more designed to fit a woman if married.

Basement, garage and bar are places for the guy. Living room or family room are neutral areas.
