I thought this was old news.
Maybe it was. I don't follow CFB much in the offseason but I saw a lot of tweets about it last night/this morning on twitter so I thought it was something new. Could be wrong though
Great work by Florida grabbing a stud quarterback who's thrown a whole 6 touchdown passes. Should be an instant playoff contender with him
Never thought I'd see the day where FSU and uf would be in the position of starting a transfer QB.
Well, it was blocked by an SEC rule....but that conveniently got changed last week.I thought this was old news.
Zaire is 3-0 as a starter. He has a ton of potential if he can regain his confidence, which he seemed to lose last year. He will be a huge upgrade over whatever UF's other options were.
Franks is an unknown hard to say if he's a better option than him.
But he also isn't the ideal fit for McElwain's offense either.
I know texas wanted him, but giving Buechele another year is probably better for the program anyway.
I would agree, the fit would be the thing that concerns me. I'm not exactly up to par on what UF likes to do as far as an offensive scheme, but Zaire would be better served playing in a shotgun formation instead of under center.
God damn, still chuckle every time I see that shit.
