Well, of all teams of recent years. Last yrs $$ league was mine. 1/2ppr; QB, 2-RB, 2-WR/TE, 2-Flex, IDP Single yr 2-player keeper league.
The 2 traded for were their keepers so could not be kept again. As you can see, I went all-in. ..... with the trades - one was T. Hill for Chubb, the other Golladay for Hopkins. .... both my guys were eligible to keep.

P. Mahomes
R. Wilson

A. Kamara (k)
N. Chubb - trade
M. Gordon
J. Jackson
E. McGuire

M. Thomas
D. Hopkins - trade
J. Edelman
G. Kittle
L. Fitz
Ro. Anderson

D. Leonard - IDP

Whatever year Shaun Alexander had 48 TD. And the year that Manning had 50 passing TD. And the year Randy Moss had like 28 TD. And the 2012 Bears with all those defensive TD and Devin Hester returns.

Fantasy football didn't exist in the '60's..its like saying Satchel Paige would be the best pitcher in MLB history, only problem being, he was barely in the MLB, so doesn't really count, even if true..which may very well be.
So, while you may need to know NFL history..the history if FF could be important as well, plus depending on your scoring system and position eligibility rules, his QB scoring may not even have counted, even if there was was FF.
1963, first season I'm aware of.

49ers have the first rules on display at Levi's.

Yep, and those dudes kept it to themselves for 6 years, sonsabitches.
According to those rules, it appears to be specific positions, doubtful that Blanda could've gotten his passing stats scored as a kicker.. Black and white that his kicking wouldn't count as a QB though.

Pretty cool that the very first one used IDP's, something that still hasn't caught on widely

Thinking the same as you on scoring.

I do wonder if you could double up positions with one guy though. Say you have Blanda as a QB, could you also put him in the Fieldgoal Kicker spot? He was both. Be an angle to work during drafts if it was that way. Return guys being a spot too.

Took that pic like four years ago, with this Forum being the place I wanted to share it. Lol
