This is like clubbing a baby seal with a frozen puppy (wrong on every level). I am the only one here to defend the honor of my team. That said, with Gardner out for the year, Anderson questionable, and Cajuste probable, and our kicker questionable (never thought I would see Maldonado being the better kicker in the game). Stanford will have to be mistake free on the defensive edges without key players, and Reynolds will have to make the first pick of Mariotta for the season for Stanford to even be in the game.

Unless Stanford can commit to the running game on O and keep the Ducks honest on the wings, I could see this being a beat down of 2011 proportions.

All of that said, I am willing to say I think your fans (OD in particular) forget about how good Murphy and Tarpley are. The Stanford secondary is also very strong (Edge to the Stanford safeties, edge to Oregon at CB).

I can see this game being 45 - 17 Oregon, but my gut tells me Shaw is still obsessed with Oregon and has not played the full playbook simply in looking forward to this game.

That said I am going to say it ends up Stanford 24 Oregon 21. Touchdowns for Stanford by Gaffney, Barry J. Sanders and Rector.

I am torn, on the one hand i would pay to see the EPIC FUCKING MELTDOWN that ODQ(oregon drama queen) would have and on the other hand i would hate it for guys like you and YEOLEDONKEYBALLS and a few others.

Could care less who wins this game really. I am watching it to see how the Ducks handle the best front seven they will have seen all year up to this game anywhoze. Listening to Buddha talk about his secondary and seeing them firsthand also, the overall Card D IS the best that Oregon will see this year in the PAC, not UCLA's or ASU's but the Cardinal's defense. Get by THAT and looks to be all downhill till bowling season for the Ducks.

Of course there is always the Civil @ years end where anything can happen and usually does.

Stanford is actually my 2nd favorite team. A very distance 2nd and in no means on the same level as Alabama, but I'm a fan and pull for them every week.

If I had to guess, I'd say I am probably the .2 fan Mamba is referring too.
