Why the fuck is Jake Fox not in MLB???

I know a couple of posters on here were posting last year about Fox's success in the Phils system. I hadn't heard anything about him this year, so I look him up and saw that he hit .278/.361/.509 in 122 PA in the Blue Jays' AA system. I figured that he got hurt, but I go to his Wikipedia page and see that he was released and signed a deal with a team in the Korea Baseball Organization. Now I know Fox is a career backup scrub, but what the fuck, are you saying he couldn't produce better than Erik fucking Kratz??
