the Broncos RB situation is a little concerning. Between Javonte's injury, Samaje and the new kid McLaughlin, I think we are looking at a committee approach in Denver. I have cooled on Javonte at least for now.

I dropped him today for Mostert in guillotine league.
Somebody immediately picked him up.

George Pickens. I drafted him anywhere from 1 to 2 rounds higher than his ADP just to ensure I'd get him.

Wanted Bijan, but not in position to get him without reaching (in 1 of 3 leagues, no shot in the others).

FantasyPros update for Javonte:

Javonte Williams (knee) is "going to play a big role" during Sunday's season opener versus Las Vegas, according to head coach Sean Payton.

Going all in on them too in most of my leagues. Very favorable defensive schedule.

I usually stream defense, went with Washington at the end of my recent draft to get the Cards matchup in week 1 and the Jags in another for that Colts matchup. Washington might stick one more week (Bills in week 3 will have me looking elsewhere), and Jags are likely out after this week (KC in week 2).

Nice wish list but way too many risks for a bench. I don't even draft a backup TE since they all are terrible/average after the top 2 or 3.
Might take 1 handcuff or sleeper, but not a whole bench full.

I specifically didn't have a target list this year as I didn't want to chase any players but instead evaluate based on draft position, flow of the draft, and value. Having said that I found there were 9 players who I ended up with in more than a couple of my 17 mock drafts which were evenly spread amongst every draft position in 10 team mocks. 7 of them ended up on my 2 teams for this season.

couldn't believe he wasn't in your flex in OS, was certain you had him in there for multiple weeks leading up to week 1

If Kincaid gets the role some are projecting, he could get slot receiver and TE volume in a Josh Allen passing offense. Otherwise, backup TE is a on an as needed basis. Unfortunately, in one league I did draft LaPorta as a backup for Andrews when I saw mid-draft that Andrews was questionable for week 1. Of course, LaPorta was playing Thursday, well before a decision on Andrews' availability, so I dropped LaPorta to get a different replacement for Andrews on Sunday when he was ruled out.

Late decisions, and he seemed like a bit of an unknown.

Now I have to decide whether I start rolling with both him and Bijan in Barbarians (with Javonte, Dalvin and Khalil as bench/flex).

I'm one of those projecting that role for Kincaid. They didn't draft him in the first round to sit on the bench. A TE/WR hybrid? Genius.
