Who Has More To Lose In The CFP NC-Bama or Clemson?

-Alabama loses they are 2-5 in CFP NC tries 40% success rate. Not worthy of a GOAT.

Side note: Meyer is 1-2 in CFP tries . 50% success rate.

Clemson can be seen as THE giant killer if they win, only one that can go toe-to-toe with Bama if they lose. Having made the play-offs 4 of 5 years with a championship isn’t a bad 2nd place trophy if they lose.

All season, everyone has been saying Bama is the team to beat. Clemson isn't expected to win this game and bama is.

Yeah I not saying that Saban will not still be praised but there is an argument if he has failed more than he as won.

Which isn't true and, even if it was, he has still done more than any other coach in CFB. It's gonna suck for whoever loses, it's the NC ffs, but it's not like it's the end of the world. Both teams are young and loaded and both will be right back in the mix all over again next season. I'd much rather get there and lose than not be good enough to be there to begin with and have to settle for some shit consolation game.

The key is who is your head coach.

Dabo is going to be around for quite some time, how much longer will Saban stay? If you say Saban stays for five more years, that means he will be 72. Using that math, then Dabo will be around for 23 years.

When Saban retires, then Alabama will have a problem.
