Sox start it off with Cueto who has pitched well. Pito's got his BA up over .290 which is amazing.
Considering his incredibly slow start to the season, which even by his standards was awfully late. But he sure has been on fire of late!Sox start it off with Cueto who has pitched well. Pito's got his BA up over .290 which is amazing.
Haven't heard any follow up on La Pantera, hope it's nothing more serious than something like dehydration. He's arguably been our MVP to this point of the season. Anyway, I at least got the minimum of what I hoped for in that even if the Sox lose the next two games - and of course I hope they don't - we at least split the two series with our divisional rivals, which I felt was essential. Now let's see if we can take these last two games, or at least a split between them.Sox 6-2 over the twinks. Adam Engel replacing the "lightheaded" Louis Robert hits a three-run homer to put the game away.
Kopech notches the W for five innings absent his best stuff. The bullpen was magnificent.
Lately White Sox starters have had lousy 1st innings.
4 in a row is nice. 4 more would be better. last time the sox were 'over' .500 was may 25! let's see if we can revisit that tomorrow.
yep. more of the same .... and from our supposed best pitcher.Give 'em just a taste...a little taste....then take it away...lest they be wanting more.
