Would need to understand what we gave up to land McCarthy before I can rate this "what if".

If we get McCarthy at 12 it would tell me Payton really likes the kid so I would be fine with this and I do like Kamara as well at that pick.

Trading up for McCarthy would worry me though as we have too many holes to give up much if any draft capital IMO.

Mel Kiper has him as the 6th best Edge rusher in the draft and I can see a run on the higher ones in rounds 1-2
