It looks like everyone is still pumped after the great win over the Caboys so I'll start the game thread about that game now and complete the title and particulars later when we know who we will be facing. Have at it gents and lady as I know Rambunctious is living up to his namesake already.

I think we can't beat either team but the game is going to have be another near mistake-free game on offense like tonight and a D-game that features a clear reduction in some of the problems we continue to do on a Phillips 3-4 defense with a secondary and LBs that continually and periodically screw-up. Obviously the home game against the Eagles would favor the Rams, but I am convinced we can go into NO and beat the Saints. They are beatable. We shall see though so stay tuned.

Ain't it though, SJ76. Last time we were here, we were facing a very tough defensive team in the TB Bucs and we had Kurt, Marshall, that offense with Martz, and a Lovey Smith defense. We came away winners at home. Methinks we will face the Eagles at home next week and that 1999-2000 season will be repeated.

So it looks like it will be the Saints Rams rematch. I don't see the Eagles coming close to winning. They'll be like the Colts where against the Chiefs. So now the RAMS have a lighting and thunder backfield. I mentioned in another post that Anderson reminds me of Cullen Bryant. This Anderson has been the best RB in the league his last 3 games. Goff needs to get better or back to his Chiefs game self.

Wasn't it with the guy you have in your avatar. I still feel Warner is a Cardinal more then a Ram. Yeah he went farther with the Rams, but feel he is all Cards. ;)

I don’t know but that jersey has got some serious magic in it. Been wearing it for almost 20 years. Hope it has some left.

Ironically I hadnt worn it in forever until last year in Dallas when the Rams visited. :heh:

I remember. I was banging this hot red head back then. Crazy as shit and living with her. Early 20s.

Hope she forgot about me!

Finally, success has come back to the Rams. One win away from the Super Bowl.

In the 60's and the 70's The Rams always got to the playoffs with a great record then either lost to Dallas or the Vikings almost every time. So when the RAMS beat the Cowboys in the playoffs it's always a sweet payback for me.

Always will be a Ram, but ya he should have another Super Bowl win, Cards should have beaten Pittsburgh, Still don't understand how no one could catch Harrison on that 125 yard pick 6???? that play was a 14 point swing right before the half, and was the ballgame!!!

After coming from behind, the Saints will face us in the dome in NO on Saturday at 12:00pm PST. We have our work cut out for us but if we continue with the things that got us to this point and we get to Brees, we can win this game and head to our second Snooperbowl in 18 years.

This is it... this is what it is all about.... One step at a time.... The Saints are Definitely a beatable team, we saw that against the Eagles. I think IF we can run the ball down their throats like this week, keep our D off the field and fresh we can def win...

very winnable game...but unless there is some pressure on Brees then the Secondary is toast period. Our offense is dangerous now with CJ, but i don't have any confidence in this secondary to stop anyone. The DBs play 20 yds off the WR's like they are scared bitches. I'd be happy if the rams suited up a practice squad DB in place of Troy hill and Peters but of course we don't have any probably to throw out there on Sunday. Rams need to run the ball, have a good balance of play calling and less stupid play calling.

RAMS should be fine against the Saints. RAMS running game is peaking as of right now. Don't think anyone can't stop C J Anderson with 3 tries inside the 10. I'm hoping RAMS run the ball, control the clock and get TD's instead of FG this game. Run it. Seems like Goff too many times gets inside the 15 and fails. Run it I say. The Saints looked a bit rusty after 2 weeks off. Rams looked better after 2 weeks off. Now with only a week off RAMS shouldn't miss a beat. RAMS 31 - 24.
