It's not the system's fault when the Offense commits 5 turnovers. We were killing them every drive until we turned it over, we should've been up 28-7 that's not Kubiak's fault.

That's fair for this game, but the offense hasn't exactly been killing it prior to this game (to put it lightly). Talent on the OL is the biggest issue, but coaching/scheme is probably 2nd on the list for me.

This system can work, just not with this team. I've given it a full season now and I'm not seeing it.

Also keep in mind that SD has one of the worst defenses in the league. Any decent offense puts up 30 against them.

It all goes back to turnovers, even if it's not always your fault you commit 5 turnovers you aren't gonna get that leeway with the coaches.

Manning got a ton of leeway early in the year and those were mostly his fault. I get it it's Manning but this better work in the long run. If Oz isn't allowed to change anything or not given the leeway on changing things at the line then obviously they aren't as confident in Oz that I think they should be .

When Manning was throwing picks they made him change to more Kubiak's style and some of his it wasn't 100% Manning anymore. But at the same time he can read a defense like no one else so he has a little more leeway at the line than your basic QB.
