The new Makoto Shinkai film, after the smash hit Your Name. Shinkai is like Christopher Nolan, in the sense he doesn't make anything bad, even though he's only had 6 films.
This new film is about a guy who meets a girl who can apparently stop the rain from falling.
Anyone who hasn't seen Your Name should. It's a beautifully animated, touching movie, just like his others.
