I still believe Walker fits our scheme better than Nnadi. Nnadi seems like a NT all the way. We will be fine without him, I wish him the best.

Walker is the best DT in the state. I have been saying that the whole time. You are right, he is a perfect fit in Wiles system as well, I agree.

I agree we have some really good talent coming in through this class and a better job then most years going out of state. But not getting more of the top 10 in VA really surprises me.

I don't know if we went wrong. We lost out to the National Champions at a good school in a warm state with tons of tail. We just got beat.

If you use 247 composite rankings, VT received the #9 & #10 ranked players from VA.

Just tuned in. Very disappointed Nnadi is leaving the state. Missing on the Big 4 DL in VA this year pretty well sucks. But glad we got Walker, Sobczak, and Mihota. Already off to a good start in 2015 with Barnett. Getting in on Sweat, D. Taylor, and Settle is very important for next year. We can't continue letting these DL leave the state. Very important to reload and be deep there.

I really hope Minor qualifies. And I really hope that we pull either Ford or Harrison, and it sounds like a Harrison commit at this point is a major stretch. If neither... this day will be a major failure IMO. What time are they announcing again??

Looks sort of like last year in the sense that we had a very good class but missed out on NSD (Kirven/Nnadi) which stops us from having a great class. Hopefully we get one of the WR.

I do think the staff did a good job of filling needs at RB, QB, OL, and LB. And the secondary looks to have gotten even better.
