Under the previous 16 game format, what is the worst combined opponent record a team could have?

Everything else you posted pretty much checks out though, but I think something went wrong when you added up the total record, as I think there should only be a total of 256 games right?

Man, math mistakes abounding - I'm off today. Actually, my spread sheet says 66-190 before I adjusted for the two in-conference teams playing each other and somehow my head said 1 more win mean 69-189, instead of 67-189. So, I guess I had the wins right (somehow)

This is where my head exploded when I attempted this my first time too. I think your schedule record was correct, except 2 more wins needed to be added. But wouldn't that be a total of 63 wins? So 63-193? You would need to count your division opponents twice each as you play them twice.

Either way - my spreadsheet didn't add any of this correctly
