That was the press conference they called to announce that that had traded the best player not in the NHL at the time (Filip Forsberg) for a guy who was never the best player in whatever arena he happened to be in at the moment (Erat).

GMGM the good: Drafted Burakovsky, Kuzy, Johansen, Orlov, Carlson and Holtby and the highest overall pick used for any of those guys was 23rd.

That Erat trade really hurt the Caps as Forsberg looks like a good 1. That said the Caps have usually done well in drafting and trading the past while.
