I really don't understand how people didn't see this coming. I personally thought this was the obvious choice from day 1. I love the comments about how some wanted us to trade tedenby because he no longer had a place on the team.

don't get me wrong i fully agree everyone is a little better and has a preferred side. but the difference combined with the flow of the game is miniscule.

There's so many times with cycling and spur of the moment action that wingers wind up on different sides that it really doesn't make a difference. Like you stated, obviously there will be preferences, some guys like receiving the puck one way better than another or shooting from a certain side, but they are completely interchangeable.

and just like you said how they end up on the opposite sides whree they start, that happens almost every shift on breakouts with the cross in the neutral zone

It depends on who will be traded (waived or whatever) to get under cap before season starts. In my opinion Zubes should stay - he is hard working and is very good in the corners, have good body size. Hope youngsters will be able to make a team (Zharkov, Tedenby ....).
