At least the FO was able to realize when a player isn't a fit & moves on quickly. Trading him & assuming we cut the returning player, saves the Suns $2+ mil this season & the 400k buyout for his $3 mil salary next season.
I wonder what the plans are now for that roster if Mitchell is cut? Do we find another big to sit on the bench or do we stand pat? Right now, we a very thin with bigs, with only having 4 on the roster.
The problem with Anthony Tolliver is that they brought him in to "replace" Channing Frye (Well it felt that way) and it was obvious that Tolliver wasn't going to do that. Tolliver isn't even a better three point shooter than Frye, you see Tolliver is a poor mans Channing Frye and Frye is already a poor man himself...that says a lot.
