Got a chicken in the electric roaster. About 4 hours at 275 and it will fall off the bone.

I made ham and beans with rice in the crock pot cuz it was a lazy day today.. and corn bread in the oven .. it was mmmmmmmm good!

breakfast - 2 bowls Malt-o-meal and sliced up cantaloup
Had a protein shake after the gym.
lunch - 2 homemade grilled chicken sandwiches w lettuce, tomato and mayo
dinner - spaghetti w meat sauce (brewing as I type this).
Will have one more shake before I go to bed around 1.

pretty basic meal day for me.
