here's candidates for most of the jobs right now

Minnesota- several people didn't want to go there their down to, Navy's coach, Mike Bellotti(he appears uninterested though), Mark Trestman(Montreal HC, CFL, he won the championship there), Jeff Jagodzinski, Randy Shannon(LOL) and Houston's coach Kevin Sumlin are also possible candidates

Colorado- no one wants to go here it's down to Jon Embree and Alabama offensive coordinator Jim McElwain

Vanderbilt- Temple coach Al Golden, and Auburn offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn are out of the race, Randy Shannon(LOL), Stanford assistant Greg Roman, Jeff Bower, and Tommy Bowden are the candidates here.

Ball State- their down to Stanford Special teams coach Brian Polian and San Diego State RB coach Jeff Hecklinski.

Indiana- it seems down to Wisconsin offensive coordinator Paul Chryst, Don Treadmill, Oklahoma offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson and Harvard Head coach Tim Murphy, but just about everyone is a possibility.

Kent State- Wisconsin OC Paul Chryst, Don Treadmill, Dana Holgorssen, Mike McQueary of Penn State, Chuck Martin of Notre Dame, and UTEP DC Andre Patterson are all possibilities.

Louisiana- Lafayette- tons of names here Joe DeForrest, Mark Hudspeth, Garrick McGee, Ed Orgeron, Carl Pelini, Frank Scelfo, and Mike Sewak. also Georgia Southern HC Jeff Monken, also Gary Crowton of LSU, Gunter Brewer of Oklahoma State, and Burton Burns of Alabama are all on this list

Miami of Florida- Gruden is not in the mix, it's down to Mullen of Mississippi State, Mike Leach, Tommy Tuberville, Houston HC Kevin Sumlin, and FIU HC Mark Cristobal.

New Mexico and Tulane will not be firing their coaches.
