Yes he was... In the 60's... 50 years ago. So what? I'm not jealous at all- just think he's an asshat that I wouldn't want speaking for me or representing my team. I simply don't understand why he's held in such reverence here.
He was a good coach in the 80's... 30 years ago. He was also a coach that chose to give a TD to the Fridge instead of Walter Payton in the SB. And only won ONE SB when he had the talent to win at least 2 more. He's a joke. No thanks.
