You could always do some sort of chicken and rice dish, especially if you have some "cream of" soups.

You could cut up the ham or the hotdogs and throw them in the mac n cheese.

You could make a ham omelet.

any onions? or other fresh veggies, like celery, and carrots? You could make a chicken and rice perleau.

Combine everything into one big bowl, mix thoroughly together, put in stove pan and bring to a boil and then a low simmer for two hours. Serve w/ a cold bottle of your favorite Merlot and enjoy.

Ooo I like this thread... It's like being on the tv show "chopped"

Something that could work... A twist on cordon blue! Might be hard to do with tenderloins, because breasts would do better. But worth a shot?

*Cook the mac&cheese as directed. Spice it up with basil & oregano
*While that cooks, pound out the tenderloins as flat as you can get them
*Grind up the oatmeal into dust basically
*Beat one egg and coat the chicken
*Toss the egged chicken into the oatmeal and coat that. Egg is the binder.
*Put sliced ham on the raw chicken
*Top that with the cooked mac&cheese
*Roll it up if possible & toss into the oven.

Like I said, might not work with tenderloins. You could try layering the chicken like a sandwich with the ham & mac&cheese in the middle then throw it in the oven? Serve with a side of rice, taters, and/or canned vegetables.

Sounds legit to me!

I would have made the mac-n-cheese and chopped up my hotdogs and put them in there.
