That's consistent with other things I've read I'm afraid. Brian Ferentz is now recruiting some 3* from Illinois, stating that a couple of spots had "opened up."

Both are still verbally committed mind you, but apparently their name is mud with the Ferentz gang. Because 4-star Texas recruits grow on trees for Iowa.

Yeah there's a short list of programs that can tell a highly rated recruit "follow these rules or we will replace you." Iowa isn't one of them (and neither is Nebraska). Good news for Kirk, though...those in season visits are a pain in the butt.

Interesting because the best CB in the country plays for Iowa. Weird.

Honestly he was dumb to come back. He gets like 2 balls a game thrown at him. Hard to have a great follow up year when no one throws your way. Glad he did but it's probably going to cost him some cash so I guess....

Could be worse remember USC WR Mike Williams. Im not sure I want to know how much money.Trying to declare early with Clarett cost him. I think King will be fine come draft day.
