Resume doesn't make someone the best. Being better than everyone else makes you the best. I assume the people who put Harbaugh in their top 5 do it for similar reasons as I do. They believe he can and may even believe he will accomplish all of the things you've listed. So you're asking yourself "Does Urban Meyer's Grim Reaper have one of the best 5 resumes in college football?" when you should be asking yourself "Is Jim Harbaugh one of the best 5 motivators and teachers of football to college players?"
