The 90 Minute Imperial IPA is really good. My old favorite was Palo Santo Marron but it was like 12 bucks for a 4 pack.

See if you can get your hands on the 75 minute IPA. It's just a 50/50 of the 60 and 90, but I think it tops both.

I haven't tried it. What is it like?

its very tasty, based on one of the "ancient ales", made with ingredients found in drinking vessels that were discovered in king midas' tomb. sweet, but dry, kind of hard to describe...light biscuity flavor followed by bit of a grape and honey flavor coming through, not overbearing though

Never......they are happy with their niche. Tried once to expand to Chicago, got in some trouble, decided to stick with Wisconsin.

You can't even get 12 packs of Moon Man here which is disappointing. That and Stone Soup are my favorites from New Glarus.

9% abv,

I'll have to try that. Woodman's had a pretty decent selection from DFH compared to the old store I used to see it at. Does it come in a 4 or a 6 pack? I think I've seen one or two kinds that come in sixers. I honestly wouldn't mind paying a lil extra to get 6 with a bit of a quantity discount instead of packs of 4.

I found the Midas Touch. It tastes almost more like a wine than a beer but it's very good.

I've given up on DFH after overpriced bottle after overpriced bottle of something experimental brewed with ancient Mesopotamian dirt and birch syrup from the anuses of an 1850's Inuit tribe.

I'll give them 90 Minute IPA as a drinkable Imperial IPA, but being from the NW, I can get IPAs that are just so much better every day of the week.

For me DFH is a gateway brewery like Sam Adams. They'll introduce people to beers other than light lagers or shitty versions of actual beer (Blue Moon) but for the better versions of those, you'll want to move passed DFH.

I was excited about DFH because they stopped selling it in Wisconsin for 2-3 years. There are a lot of microbreweries out here too. Generally, I look for a beer I've never tried before every time I'm at the liquor store. My two favorite microbrews I've tried over the last year are Finnegan's Irish Amber (if you're drunk enough you can toast tah Finnegan) and New Glarus Stone Soup (I can't even find it Wisconsin lately it must be seasonal).

I like Dogfish Head beer. Quality stuff. On a side note, a few of their former Employee's opened up Wicked Weed Brewing down here in North Carolina, also producing yummy brews.

I am not a fan of DRY, tried the 90 and accidentally got schlepped the 60, when I ordered a Two Hearted and was disappointed in both. Also I personally think Sam C is a complete and total douche so I purposely tend to avoid DFH as a rule. Just my $.02.
