I don't understand when teams mess with classics. It's ridiculous. Why fix what isn't broken? Hell, they're fixing something that's thrived for decades. The Ram horn on the helmets is so identifiable. Now you're going to plaster some new-agey "LA" on it? Shame on you.

I agree with that. I've always been confused by people who like the new Seattle uniforms so much. Generally speaking, I hate the movement since Nike took over in 2011. It's a lot of "kids designing dope af uniforms!" kind of feel. The recent Bucs shit and the old two colored Jags helmets are the best examples. I was most pissed at them trying to make the Browns new agey. You just can't with those colors/unis. The whole point is that they suck. But they suck in a cool/classic kind of way. Bucs/Brows are making changes, though.

I just think the retro Seattle unis are even worse. There's just too much color. Too much going on. It's like the pants don't even go with the jerseys either. So much teal going down the side when the jerseys are blue. Just my opinion.

Oh, absolutely, and thats a perfect way to describe it lol. I dunno, i just like the old seahawk uni, unique shade of green with the blue. And yes, the browns totally fucked up when they abandoned their iconic look

I went to Bret Harte in the early 50's. As a family we lived on 99th street between Broadway and Main. As kids we played a lot of sports at Manchester Park . Oh what fond memories.

Yeah, they grew on me. I think they're pretty cool now. I was also very, very young. That was a big change, though. For sure.
