They have clinched home field in the NFC so this game really doesn't mean much to them. Seattle knows they are the best team in the NFL and being healthy is more important than a win over the Cardinals.

I hope so. R U sure though ? If Seattle loses its last 2 and SF wins its last 2, they'll both end up with 4 losses.

I think SF wins the division in that scenario cuz it'd have a better division record than Seattle, unfortunately.

You may be right on this. I thought I heard somebody say this but it look like the Niners still could win the division.

If Seattle lost their two remaining games, the niners would have the tie-breaker. The niners will have best us twice while the Seahawks once. The niners would hold the better division record.

Seahawks would not have taken the week off, so to speak, anyways. Not at home. They are undefeated there and want to keep it that way. Plus, they don't like the Cardinals and aren't going to do them any favors.

The best we could hope for is that they'd rest starters late in a game where the outcome is clear and at that point, who cares?

We haven't clinched yet. From what I've read, if we win one of the next two games we clinch the division and HFA.

Yeah...it's not over yet Scorps...I was hoping that Seattle was able to win in San Francisco, because that would have made it a meaningless game...

Now, sadly...they will be locked and loaded wanting to clinch this week so they can rest in week 17...

We have a Lions share of work ahead of us...
