This movie should do really well given the "Vikings" genre is very few & far between in terms of "must see". Also because it has a star-studded cast.

Vikings on the History Channel & The Last Kingdom are pretty damn good. I liked Vikings better simply because the characters were so much better, but TLK has plenty of redeeming qualities that make it entertaining.

Vikings just had a bigger budget & fancier production... It was heavy-handed with the action & theatrics. The stories are both good though.
