Bhoot Part One-The Haunted Ship.

An huge unmanned ship, The Sea Bird, mysteriously docks on shore, carrying a history of disturbing deaths and misfortunes.

A shipping officer grieving over the loss of his wife and daughter must get the afloat but discovers it's sordid past such as being used by pirates to steal gold, diesel, diamonds and other ill gotten gains until the entire crew commits suicide at the exact same time? Rumours of it being haunted have followed the Sea Birds for years with sightings of a terrifying girl killing anyone who dares boar it spur our hero to unveil it's past and stop the omens that the ship brings with it, everywhere it docks or succumb to its curse like all the others before him.

I rate this 8 out of 10.

I don't care what you believe.

Great, happy movie.

Loved it when I was 9, love it now. Stands the test of time.

To be perfectly honest, I've never seen it. Never my type of movie, now or as a kid. I was too busy watching Sandlot, Surf Ninjas, 3 Ninjas, 90's TMNT movies... as a matter of fact, if it didn't have a ninja or sports, I probably didn't watch it as a kid lol.

First run when I was 8. My kids (40 and 38) have both seen it many times.

Not a single thing you listed even rung a bell with me, aside from TMNT. I know who they are.

Mary Poppins is for sure a movie that might be slicker today, but I doubt it would be better. Dick Van Dyke is great, Julie Andrews, Ed Wynn. I doubt you know their names...

"Gifted (2017)"

It was pretty entertaining, albeit a bit simplistic. No huge names in it. Nice story.

Gemini Man. Not as bad as I’ve heard but not worth going out of your way to watch. Very predictable. 2 out of 5 stars

It's one of those movies that is even better with multiple viewings

Buscemi is really a master. I was relatively disappointed with some of the performances actually but he was so good in it.

I think Jeffrey Tambor and Jason Isaacs (the military guy) are equally amazing.

Angels in the Outfield - watched it with my kids last night. Personal childhood favorite of mine.

I forgot how many decent names were in here...

Danny Glover
Tony Danza
Christopher Lloyd
Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Jay O Sanders
Tony Longo
Brenda Fricker
Neal McDonough
Adrien Brody
Matthew McConaughey
Taylor Negron
Dermot Mulroney

I mean most of those guys really didn't do much outside of the 90's but still, brings back some memories. McConaughey, Brody, and Gordon-Levitt are really the only ones to escape the 90s successfully lol.

I'm not big on 'feel good' movies - but I count this as one and I just love it. Plus how often do you see movies talk about God and Angels in a good way when it isn't explicitly a religious type of movie, which I don't consider this to be.
