Mayhew really has been better than 1/3 of the GMs in the NFL so IT CAN ACTUALLY GET WORSE. If he did not hire Lombardi I probably would not be bothering with this thread.

Mayhew has a losing record, 0 division titles and 0 playoff wins in 7 years. How can that possibly be better than 1/3 of all GMs?

All of these teams have not even made the playoffs in 7 years. Miami and Ten it will be their 7th year this year. Plenty of teams who have not won a playoff game in over a decade.

Most of these teams have not changed GMs in a while.
