Dreadful definitely describes Packers draft that year....

The Seahawks drafted Frank Clarke and got good rookie production, then traded him on the FT and worked it into some draft picks that were kinda meh for the most part. We traded up to the top of the 3rd rd for Tyler Lockett which has been a really good pick. Then everything else in that draft was total crap.

Of course that would only happen in a historically bad draft class.
