I am thinking that the 2 innings that Otto was allowed to pitch showed that the Rangers will keep him as a starting pitcher this year. I know Evan Grant sees that differently, but I think they want the depth he provides for the rotation.

There are plenty of other bullpen candidates to round out the pen.
