Suzuki is on the list of those who will probably take some time to get signed.

some players want their teams to spend more which has the adverse effect of causing other teams/owners to be less likely to pursue level 1 or 2 Free Agents and as such make them less competitive. i think that a CBA where there is a upper cap limit on how much a team can spend and a lower cap level that sets the basement level that a team must spend. i think this would force all teams to more actively pursue free agents and thus possibly insure an across-the-board level playing field from the top of the league to the bottom.
