He is out on bond so it's innocent until proven guilty. The DA is trying to get his bond revoked and or get it amended to where he can't use a motor vehicle. Reading the article even the kids lawyer is throwing him under the bus (which he should). Kid is too dangerous to leave out and whoever' fucking car he was in is also a POS.

True but I'm just speaking to the driving part of it. It doesn't take much to lose your license as a kid (at least in a lot of states) so him having at minimum a reckless should be pretty easy to hash out prior to any actual further criminal charges. It would just seem to me the prosecutor would make that a priority.

I don't disagree.

Seems like someone who has no business being out in the general public. Life in prison would be fine.

Note to self: avoid traveling by road in Alabama.

This kid should not be free, let alone able to drive legally.

So you think a 16 year old kid who just killed two people and was found at fault should still be driving? Did this kid say “Roll Tide” and all was forgiven?

No, but if I decided not to travel to any state with bad 16-yo drivers I would have to leave the country.

Note to self: There are some fuckwits on here.

I think driving laws are too damn soft

The driving age should be increased to 18 nation wide.
That or have some type of governor on the car. Looking back at my teen years driving thank you sweet baby Jesus I'm still alive. Didn't matter who was driving in high school, my friends and I were idiots on the roads.

This kid definitely shouldn't be back on the streets. I'm somewhat surprised he was allowed to post bail in the first place. He should have had his bail revoked after his first traffic violation.

It shows very poor choices are a common occurrence with this idiot. The same could be said by his parents for allowing him to continue to roam the streets after what he has done & continues to do.

Sounds like a spoiled brat from a family with more money than brains or compassion.
