He did not pay yet. He did win one week so he won 5 dollars.

I will give him a little longer to pay. But if he doesn’t pay by Tuesday I will just pay the weekly winners 4 dollars each(instead of 5) and give you the extra money after that.

there's no wait... I said, ill pay on Tuesday no matter what... I aint gonna pressure anyone to do anything.... none of us know what is going on in anyone's lives.. if there is a reason he won't pay, then there is a reason...
