Jonas Brodin takes a stick to the nose, but it's not a penalty owing to it being during the follow through on a shot on goal, & he was behind the shooter.

A fair bit of blood on the ice, & Brodin is likely done for the night.

Apparently Sergei Gonchar is exempt from the Cross-checking rule: He shoved Granlund in the back over half a dozen times right in front of a ref & didn't get called for it.

Now Jamie Benn gives Matt Cooke a deliberate elbow to the chin. - Again, no penalty

There where some bullshit non calls in that game. Other than that it was a good game. There's a lot of fight in this team even missing our big stars. Some tough games coming up.
