such as hot plays, pick ups, sleepers

Us old "site which shall not be named" transplants have been down that road before. I might take advantage of it next year. The blog I used to write on there sure did help me focus better than not doing it, but I can't get into it at this point of the season.

I don't think you need to worry about that. The forums will be exactly the same, the blog will just be a way for people who want to put some time into writing something a little more organized and professional than a forum post. There will be comments on the articles, but you would also be encouraged to start a thread here and provide a link to it in your article to get discussion going.

Yep I get that it's pretty late in the season to be doing much with fantasy football. If you have other things that you would be interested in writing about before then, you are welcome to that as well. This is really open to anyone, whether you write one blog post or one a day.
