Foxx as Spawn and Renner as the clown, I assume? If so, interesting casting for Renner. He doesn’t typically take the over-the-top roles...

Jeremy Renner is slated to be playing the cop Twitch from the Spawn spinoff comic book series Sam and Twitch. In the 1997 movie, the character only had an unnamed cameo at the end of the movie. Twitch would be to Spawn like Jim Gordon (while he was still a detective, before he got promoted to Commissioner) was to Batman.
