1. Who would you like to see the Bears hire as GM (or hopefully a more powerful and encompassing position, ie Senior VP of Football Operations)?
2. Who would you like to see the Bears hire as the Head Coach?

I'm guessing #2 is likely based off of who gets hired from #1.

Jim Harbaugh as coach and anyone that can work with Jim Harbaugh as GM.

The problem as I see it. If the Bears wait on HC, you could be left with picking from the group left over. My take would be, best HC and the GM can come along later, plus the HC would be/could be in a position to render an opinion as well. Would a GM like to pick his own coach, sure, you bet. That would be a definite opinion you would like to have, however, a GM picking again from the left overs after Miami, Denver, Jacksonville, Raiders and possibly Minnesota all get picks in would really thin out the HC pool. Fewer openings for GM positions (3) means a larger group to choose from whenever you make it.

Currently, 20ish HC asks around the league for the 6 teams looking. Think only 3 teams are looking for GM's... Bears, Vikings and Giants.

I'd let him go.... a bulk of the talent is leaving Michigan. The Wolverines struggles when it matted most. Out of the seven years he had one good year. But, I think if he leaves Ann Arbor it'll be to the Raiders.

The Harbaugh Bowl has already been played, John the better man... lets keep that crap in the AFC.

First hire for me would be a President of Football Operations. Would have done that a month ago so he had a chance to see the problems in the building. Thats why I thought Pace was getting kicked upstairs.

This interviewing GM and Coaches at the same time is asinine. Thats our bears though.

Yeah, that's what I said a while back. It makes sense that the Bears would hire one man to run the entire organization, a true 'buck-stops-here' guy. But of course leave it to the Bears to do things absolutely bass ackwards.

Good news, the owner of the Bears season is now done, so let's see what direction he wants to take.

I'm sure it was to you, because fans of loser teams need to cheer for other teams to beat their rivals. I find it funny that you guys need to cheer for teams other than the Bears to beat the Packers, cuz we know the Bears rarely do.

Oh good grief princess, stop with the whining. You know damn well if the situation was reversed you Packer fans would be doing the same thing. At least be honest.

It’s entertainment. Cheering against the bad guy is a good part of the fun.

You bet your sweet ass I cackled like a witch after that field goal.

It is what it is. If you choose to be upset and/or comment about that’s on you.

So exactly how funny did you find it on a scale of 1 to double doink?

You should be asking yourself that question. What I thought is irrelevant.

I remember when the Bears pummeled GB time after time......

Football just didnt start since you starting watching this year......and do we stop on your bosrd.....?......then why are you here......

You just may have witnessed Aarons last day as a Packer......enjoy being just average for a very long time cause its just around the corner.....

You know what they say... at the end of the year there's 31 losers because there can only be ONE.
