Sit Lynch this week?

He usually sits out of practice till Thursday and has a tough matchup against the 49'ers on a short week. Normally I'd say plug him in and leave him, but this has me wondering. My other backs are Mathews, Forsett, and Hill.

I'm not sitting him. Washingtons terrible line was able to allow Morris to gash the 9ers to the tune of 125 yards and a TD while getting 6YPC. Imagine if the defense had to account for a QB as well!

far too many times Lynch, and others like him, have been questionable all week, didn't practice all week, and tossed up 20 points in the game. Guys like that are the exception. If they play, they have to be in the lineup

After seeing the Redskins run on the 49ers, I won't worry about the match up. I'd worry about Lynch playing much, he's in serious pain, but he's a warrior. I'd go with him myself, but it's no sure bet.

Even when the Niners Run D was more dominant in previous years Lynch still had decent games against them more often then not. Carroll said today that he was playing Thursday.

If Mathews had a really good matchup then I'd consider it - - however, he doesn't (Ravens). Hill will be hit or miss - Assume Forsett is your #2.
