I'm not confident Harry will be much better than Scheppers has been when he gets back... been forever since he pitched in the MLB ... I think it will take him a 3-4 starts to find his groove. Really could use Scheppers back in the pen though.

We need Scheppers out of the rotation. Tepesch or Martinez should get a crack

I'm betting Harry won't give up 5 runs in at least one inning every time he goes out.

I'm hoping not but I actually think he did something simular in his only starts last season... hopefully that was all the injury though. Still expect him to be rusty though and hope you are right

I like the idea of Tepesch coming back up... been a while since I heard but he was doing well in the minors. Only thing is what do they do with him when Harry is ready? Be a shame to use an option on a few starts. Wonder what they are going to do when Saunders comes of the DL too. Does he replace Noesi as the long guy? That's a coin toss there but I think I prefer Noesi.

That's why Martinez makes more sense IMO.

Yeah. I'd say that was the injury. Harry's track record speaks for itself.

We won, but I really would like to see scheppers booted from the rotation. Its such a funny game. Why does someone like Darvish deserve no run support when even on his worst days he gives up 2 runs in 7, while scheppers is a mental midget and doesnt know how to pitch with a lead, but he gets off the hook

MM had a big day too. On base 3 times, 3 RBI's, and 2 runs scored.
