just fyi, m's pitching has been pretty good top to bottom.

offense has been ice cold for the past several games.

this series will be really interesting for both teams to figure out what's real and not real regarding strengths and weaknesses.

Almost half of our line-up is injured. You won't find out what's real about the Rangers.

i would think most of you would be happy that you're still keeping up with the division despite the injury problems. it reveals a lot about the team.

if the rangers do well against the m's despite the massive injury problems, then again, it reveals a lot about both teams

I'd be a lot happier if you guys allow Fielder to wake up, or didn't shift defensively against him.

seeing "seattle mariners" has to be encouraging for him psychologically.

and m's pitching has been good, so they're due to get rocked.

hope it doesn't happen, but fielder's too good to be in a slump like this much longer.

That's what we keep telling ourselves. I think the guy will explode soon, but he's tough to watch right now.

I don't know if he needs a day off or not, but his game streak shouldn't be a factor. (I'm not saying it isn't a factor, it just shouldn't be).

There's going to be close to a 30 MPH wind though, and Colby is a fly ball pitcher. I guess it depends which way it's blowing, but it tends to swirl in there anyways.

I agree that it shouldn't be, but I think it is to him. I'm sure he takes pride in it, but I would think at some point this year Wash will talk him into taking days off.
