What do you not understand about ceiling? You seem to not understand there is a difference between possibly having the ceiling of best rb in the league and actually being the best rb in the league.

i absolutely do, but i by no means thought fournette as a rookie was gonna be the best back in the nfl,

don't think he was even drafted..and he still wasn't as a rook. that'd be Emmit Smith, by a mile. who also wasn't the best as a rook, (Sanders), however, Barry was in the conversation as a rook, along with C. Okoye, Hilliard and an aging Dickerson...not exactly stiff competition for the top spot..definitely not DJ, Bell, Zeke and Gurley
