Chargers are one of the best teams in the NFL that nobody talks about. Small market West Coast don't get no love from the EC Media. But this is a solid team.

They were a 2nd Round playoff team last year - and they only improved this year. Only weakness was Defensive Backs. So, we added Verrett (best ball skills CB in the draft), and Flowers (pro-bowler). We basically kept everybody else. We also get back M. Floyd at WR.

There is reason to expect big things out of this team. Chargers with an easy win (14-17pts).

Mental mistakes by AZ were the only reasons this game was close. Between allowing the defender a free run at blocking the punt, Massie sliding in initially missing his blocking assignment that led to a sack fumble, & Ellington coughing up the ball early on that good drive, the Cardinals allowed the Chargers to stay in the game.

I was very impressed with the defense after all the injuries, new parts, & missing parts. To still be able to dominate against the run with new ILB & improve against the pass is a very good sign going forward in the season. And they did it against one of the better offenses in the NFL.

I honestly think Arizona is going to get destroyed. The loss of Dansby has been understated. He was a GIGANTIC part of their success on defense last year.

I'll admit I was wrong. Looks like that defense hasn't lost a step, and the secondary looks like they are better all around.

I still do question Palmer though. He still hasn't proven anything to me.
